PSI, a letter of the Greek alphabet, refers to the paranormal, psychic, trans-sensory, intuitive areas of consciousness. The Unitarian Universalist PSI Symposium encourages the study and practice of Psi as a pathway to personal development and spiritual growth. The Unitarian Universalist Psi Symposium is a non-profit, tax exempt, educational, and religious organization, formed in 1969. Its membership is composed both of those who belong to Unitarian Universalist churches, and those who are not members. While many and varied religious and theological viewpoints are represented, the organization adheres to the Unitarian Universalist Association's Principles and Purposes. Psi Symposium is directed by a Board consisting of officers and members in charge of membership, chapters, finance, journals, newsletters, and programs. Purpose Programs

The 2010 PSI Symposium Theme: It's All Energy; We are All One The Psi Summer Conferences offer the opportunity for people interested in Psi phenomena, to find support, insight, friendship, and growth with those who share their interest…. kindred spirits who will never roll their eyes when extrasensory experiences are discussed. While the workshops do offer information, most of the learning is experiential. With scientists and psychics alike agreeing that our planet is in a time of transition, the Psi Summer Conference’s underlying theme through 2012 will be the exploration of our role in this transition. The focus for each conference will be on the positive aspects of what we can do for ourselves and our planet. With the theme this year, It’s All Energy; We Are All One, we will be exploring different ways we can sense energy, work with it, and how we are energetically connected to each other, to the Earth and to Source.
